Peace and prosperity reign in the holy Turkmen land, starting from the first steps of the independent development of our country. The 31st anniversary of our independent, permanent Neutral Motherland, which is of great importance in the fate of our beloved people, is being celebrated in our country. Our courageous people will keep this happy event in their hearts forever.
Every year, before the Independence Day, scientific and practical conferences are held in educational institutions and higher education institutions in all regions of our country. On September 21, 2022, a scientific-practical conference of teachers and students was held at the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. At the meeting, speeches were made about the achievements of our country during the years of independence, the high-level activities in this field, and the high achievements in science and education. In addition, the importance of creative works as an example of great works of art that exemplify the great progress achieved in the years of independence in visual arts was expressed in the speeches.
