In the year of the “Era of the people with Arkadag”, the President creates an excellent opportunity to identify talented artists in the country and present them to the world. Taking advantage of these opportunities, on September 16, in the first days of the autumn season, the exhibition “40th Autumn”, presented to the public by talented artists Begench Berkeliev and Vepa Gurdov, known as masters of their time, in the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan, was of great importance.
